Yeti grew out of years spent working inside small and medium businesses, where the information a business needs already exists, spread across three systems and a spreadsheet. We build the piece in the middle: portals, tools, and integrations that connect what you already run, and we keep them running.

- Prototype before build. You click a working draft on your own data before full development starts.

Scope
We map the problem, the systems, and what done looks like. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Prototype
Working screens on your own data, usually within two weeks. You get something to click, not a slide deck.
Sign off
You approve the prototype. Full build does not start until you do.
Build
Delivered in sprints with a weekly demo, then handed over with documentation, hosting, and monitoring.
Fixed price after scoping. Monthly maintenance where it applies.

Scoping, prototypes, demos, and support all run over video calls, and the time zones overlap for most of the working day. Site visits where practical. Everything we build is hosted in the cloud and monitored from here.
